Q. How much is delivery?

A. Delivery is only £10 for postcodes L1-L39.


Q. Can you deliver over a wall or fence?

A. Yes, our drivers are very skilled and will try their best to drop your soil where you would like it, if it is safe to do so and is obstacle free for example trees, parked cars, overhead wires.


Q. How do I pay?

A. Secure payment is taken on our website using Square or Paypal. If you would prefer, you can phone our office to make payment using Square.


Q. Is it possible to pay cash?

A. Yes, if you would prefer to pay the driver cash on delivery that’s fine. You must be in when we deliver. Simply phone our office to place an order 0151 922 7788.


Q. Do I need to be in when you deliver?

A. There’s no need to be at home when we deliver. When you place your order, tell us where you would like your topsoil leaving and our drivers will try their best to accommodate your request.


Q. How long will I have to wait for my delivery?

A. Not long, usually within 5 working days or sooner. Once your place your order, our office will be in touch to confirm your delivery date.


Q. Are you based locally?

A. Yes, we are based in Bootle and cover all Liverpool postcodes from L1-L39. For deliveries outside of these postcodes, please contact the office on 0151 922 7788 or fill in our contact us form.
